Indira Restaurant

So, Mark and I really enjoy Indian food! We've tried a few places around the island and, even though their dinner prices are steep, we have really come to love Indira.

We went once for dinner, but didn't think the portions matched the price tag. The food was so good that we decided to go back to try their lunch menu and we weren't disappointed! You can pick from the full menu, but they also have different lunch sets to choose from. They are way more affordable, and we both felt like we got more food during lunch than we did during our dinner experience.

I am pretty much a bread addict so, obviously, I enjoy the regular naan. I have to say that they have a fantastic bacon naan that isn't included in any of the lunch sets, but it might be worth ordering off of the regular menu!

Ordering the samosas is a must for me because, well, they're delicious. I might even venture to say that they are my favorite! They are super hot (with heat) when they come out and they have an "airy" crunch with a dense filling that makes them feel light and filling at the same time. Needless to say, I think they're worth ordering, too!

If you're looking for a good Indian sampler platter, Indira is where it's at. Remember to stick with the lunch menu, which is from 11:00am - 3:00pm.

Check out the Okinawa Hai post for directions and more fun photos!

    1. I haven't been there, yet! We live by Courtney so getting over to "that side" seems so far when you're hungry! haha I'll have to give it a shot.

Thanks for stopping by - I'm glad you like it :)
